We utilize reputable carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to, UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL and Courrier. Shipping methods available during checkout may vary based on your location and the items in your cart.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's status.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 days after processing.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 day after processing.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Raven Candy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Raven Candy does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to addresses where local laws prohibit the import of our products.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. Raven Candy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
